Introduction and Scope of Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 818sl ("Platform") and every player and visitor who accesses the platform. By visiting or registering an account on this platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms.

818sl is a digital platform offering Live Casino, Slots, football betting, cockfighting, and Esports games in one place for Myanmar players. All services on this platform are governed by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only hold one account at 818sl. The same IP address, bank account, or phone number linked to one player may not be used for a second account. If a violation is found, all linked accounts may be closed without prior notice and any remaining bonus-derived funds may be voided.

2.3 Information Accuracy and Verification

818sl may request a copy of the player's ID card, proof of bank payment, or other supporting documents to verify the player's identity. The player must submit these within 7 days; failure to do so may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their login details confidential. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, contact 818sl customer service immediately. 818sl is not responsible for any losses that occur without the player's own disclosure.

Financial Matters

3.1 Deposits

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. All deposits must be made using your own payment method; transfers from third parties are not accepted by 818sl.

Once a deposit is completed, the platform will credit the amount to the player's account. However, 818sl is not responsible for any delays on the part of the bank or mobile payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After verification, 818sl processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will first be processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

3.3 Financial Security

818sl protects all player financial transactions with SSL encryption technology. No player data is sold to third parties.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The 818sl welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on your first deposit (maximum 100,000 Ks). Players who receive the bonus must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20.

• Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Example: Deposit 140,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 240,000 Ks → Wagering 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

Each bonus can only be claimed once per player. Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another. If accounts are found to have been created with the intent of claiming bonuses, the related bonuses and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

The 818sl VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold —

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier progression depends on the player's activity and wagering volume on the platform. All decisions regarding VIP tiers are at the sole discretion of 818sl and are final.

4.4 Bonus Cancellation

If a player does not want a bonus, they can notify customer service before making a deposit. If a player requests to cancel a bonus before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.

Game Rules

5.1 Game Types

The 818sl platform offers live casino, slots, football betting, cockfighting, and other games. The rules and additional terms for each game are listed within the platform. Players must read the rules for a game carefully before playing.

5.2 Fair Play

818sl guarantees fair play through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and accurate live dealer systems. Any player found attempting to manipulate game outcomes by unfair means — including software hacking, bots, or signaling systems — will have their account immediately closed and their remaining balance forfeited.

5.3 Football Betting

Football and Esports betting odds can change in real time. Odds already placed will not change. If a match is cancelled or the result changes, 818sl's decision is final. Bets that are subject to rejection — such as those placed on forfeited matches or entered with incorrect odds — will be handled according to 818sl's decision.

5.4 Technical Failures

818sl is not responsible for losses caused by disconnection, server failure, or faults on the player's side that leave a game incomplete. If a game that is halfway through is lost due to a technical failure on the platform's side, only the bet amount will be refunded — winnings will not be paid.

Prohibited Actions

Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following—

• Using personal information or payment methods that do not belong to you
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Opening more than one account
• Deliberately abusing bonuses
• Attempting to bypass the platform using hacking or currency-conversion software
• Engaging in hostile, threatening, or unlawful conduct on the platform
• Copying the platform's code, design, or content without permission

If any of the above violations are found, 818sl has the right to suspend the account without prior notice and to handle any remaining funds in accordance with the law.

818sl is not responsible for losses arising from a player's gaming losses, unforeseeable technical failures, faults on the player's side, or unauthorised access by third parties. The platform is provided "as is" and no further warranties are given.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between a player and 818sl, the player must first contact customer service to resolve it. 818sl will respond within 30 days. If the matter cannot be resolved, it will be handled through a mutually agreed dispute resolution method.

9.3 Policy Amendments

818sl has the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published on the site means you agree to those amendments. Players should read these terms regularly before playing.
